How to send a parcel
Pack items according to their category. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap.
Make sure the contents are allowed for transportation.
Choose a sturdy box, put all items inside, and close it tightly.
Sign the parcel: Full name, phone number, city, and recipient’s postal code.
Send it via “Nova Poshta” to our warehouse.
Upon receipt, we weigh and register your parcel.
On the day of departure, the driver calls the recipient 2-3 hours before arrival.
