How to send a parcel
Pack items according to their category. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap. Make sure the contents are approved for shipping.
Choose a sturdy box, put all your things in it, and close it tightly.
Sign the parcel: full name, phone number, city and zip code of the recipient.
Send via “Nova Poshta” to our warehouse.
Upon receipt, we weigh and register your package.
On the day of departure, the driver calls the recipient 2–3 hours before arrival.
