1. Parcel registrationEach parcel must be signed:
- Recipient’s full name
- City and country of delivery
- Contact phone numbers (preferably several)
2. Prohibited for transportation
- Alcohol
- Tobacco products
- Electronic cigarettes / vapes / Elf Bar / IQOS
- Hookahs and tobacco
- Weapons and ammunition
- Narcotics
- Prescription drugs
3. Valuable and expensive cargoIf you are transferring:
- New equipment
- Mobile phones
- Expensive goods
- Auto parts, tires
- Bicycles, scooters
- Other valuable or oversized items
- Warn the manager in advance
- Transportation cost is negotiable
- The insurance amount for cargo protection is agreed upon
4. Liability and insuranceIn case of damage or loss of cargo, compensation is made within the declared
value:
- Indicated in the Nova Poshta declaration
- Or previously agreed with us in a message/conversation
5. Acceptance of TermsBy handing over the parcel to us, you automatically agree to the shipping rules.
